Only items “in stock” are available for purchase. The best way to check if an item is in stock is to attempt to purchase it or you may contact/ message us through the website. If the item is “not in stock”, you will not be allowed to proceed to checkout.
If an item isn’t available, you will receive a “currently not available” or “out of stock” message when you attempt to add it to your cart. We can only provide information about the items currently in our warehouse. If you have questions about the availability of a product, please contact our main office.
We go through your items right away and will get back to you as quickly as possible. Buys are processed on a first come, first served basis. Time may vary depending on the number of buys ahead of you.
Defective items (e.g., items delivered with cracked, missing parts, no power, other damage) may be returned for a replacement. They must be reported and returned within (7) seven days of the invoice date. To report a defective items, please message us through website or you may call our hotline numbers.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for some reason you are not and you wish to return your purchase, you'll need to communicate us through website or you may contact us within (7)seven days to obtain an approval number. Once you have obtained your approval number, please follow these easy instructions to return your purchase:
- Make sure the items is in resalable condition. We cannot change/ refund the items that are marked or otherwise damaged.
- Please include a copy of the original invoice.
